Mark Zaverl, CEO, is a licensed general contractor with more than 25 years of experience in construction. A family man at heart, Mark takes great pride in his heavy involvement in the community. His recent publications include an article on ‘The Psychology of Foreclosures’, which can be found online at www.banking-network.net
 
Brian Craycraft, CFO, attended the University of Arizona and the University of Phoenix, where he earned a Bachelors of Science and is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration, both degrees focusing in Finance. Brian’s extensive entrepreneurial, accounting, and financial experience continue to drive US Best’s growth and ensure the quality of its services.
 
Jeffrey C. Bougher, Vice President, has 29 years of management experience, and manages all outside operations, maintaining work quality in the field by utilizing both in-house personnel and contracted companies to ensure the best possible service at all times.
 
Jorge Lopez, Operations Manager, possesses extensive experience in the mortgage field services industry, and has worked with some of the largest mortgage lenders in the field services division. Jorge attended the University of California at Riverside and the University of Phoenix, earning both a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration.
 
Adam Duncan, Manager of PPO Operations, brings his 7 years of real-estate experience to the table. Adam earned his Bachelor’s in Sociology at the California State University at Fullerton.
 
Scott Haydon, Manager of REO Operations, earned his Bachelors in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Scott, with Series 7 and 66 investment licenses, has a strong background in banking and investment.
 
Jeff Silva, Manager of Quality Control, earned his Bachelors in Finance at the California State University at Fullerton. With an eye for detail and the ability to juggle a wide variety of activities and interests, Jeff’s is the perfect mind to handle such a demanding and important branch of our company.
